Service Description

Golden Thread Ayurveda × Yoga Foundation Shirodhara is a deeply nourishing Ayurvedic therapy in which a continuous stream of warm herbal oil is gently poured over the forehead, bathing the nervous system and inviting the body into profound rest. These sessions are offered by Kim Nicholetti of Golden Thread Ayurveda in collaboration with Yoga Foundation on limited, pre-scheduled dates. Shirodhara supports: Regulation of the nervous system Deep mental and emotional quiet Improved sleep and resilience to stress A sense of grounding, clarity, and integration Each session includes time for gentle intake, oil application, and rest, allowing the effects of the therapy to settle fully.
