During your appointment, we'll review your responses together, and I'll ask additional questions to gain a comprehensive understanding of your unique health story. I use multiple tools to understand that story, pulse and tongue reading, facial observation, and an exploration of your daily routines and emotional patterns. From there, I'll offer a few key Ayurvedic principles to begin incorporating at home. You'll then return for an integration appointment where we'll explore support for diet, lifestyle, herbs, and daily practices. Your Golden Map Package includes three follow-up appointments. Once complete, Golden Compass sessions can be scheduled as needed. You're always welcome to reach out between sessions. I'm here. Ayurvedic pulse reading, or Nadi Pariksha, is a subtle and ancient tool drawn from thousands of years of classical practice. This quiet, powerful experience can offer insight into your constitution, patterns of imbalance, emotional tendencies, and the overall landscape of your inner systems. Not at all. Supplements and herbal remedies can be a wonderful support, but they are never required. We can make meaningful progress without them. Many of the herbs I work with are likely already in your kitchen, and we'll always begin there first. If I suggest something additional, it is entirely optional, we work with what you have and what you're comfortable with. Please consult your doctor before adding any herbs or supplements to your routine.

For most people, no, and that's one of the things I love most about Ayurveda. It isn't about perfection or overhauling your life overnight. It meets you where you are. Because the approach is personalized, what we explore together will be shaped around your actual life, your schedule, your preferences, your capacity. Small, sustainable shifts tend to create the most lasting change, and Ayurveda is built for exactly that.

It depends on where you're starting from, and that's okay. Many people notice early shifts within the first few weeks, better digestion, more even energy, improved sleep, a quieter mind. For deeper patterns like chronic conditions or emotional healing, more time and consistency are usually needed. The most honest answer I can give you: the more consistently you show up for the practice, the more the practice shows up for you.

Not at all, and this is something I feel strongly about. Ayurveda should be accessible to everyone, not just those with access to specialty stores or large grocery budgets. Most of what we'll explore together is already available at your regular grocery store. Grains, fruits, vegetables, legumes, and spices form the foundation, and these are among the most affordable foods you can buy. Spices alone, turmeric, cumin, ginger, can do remarkable things, and they cost very little. Healing was never meant to be expensive.
