Appointment Policies
To honor the sacred time we set aside for your care, a non-refundable deposit is required at booking. This helps me prepare for your session with full intention and ensures the time is reserved just for you.

Golden Map Package
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance for the appointment will be due at the end of your Wisdom & Nourishment Session (the second appointment of the series.)

After our introductory call, I’ll send over an invoice for the initial consultation, which will need to be paid before we begin. Following the consultation, ongoing services will be billed at an hourly rate and can be paid weekly or monthly, based on the financial structure we agree upon together. I will be there every step of the way.​
Golden Tails
After we speak, I’ll send over an invoice for our first session or visit, which will need to be taken care of before I arrive or begin services. Whether you’re calling for immediate support around your pet’s euthanasia or seeking guidance through the final chapter of their life, I’m here to walk alongside you.
Ongoing support can be arranged on an hourly basis and paid weekly or monthly.

For payments, I take Cash, Credit Cards, Zelle, & Venmo.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. With 24 hours' notice, you can move your appointment to another date and time, and your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. You may reschedule your appointment up to two times. After that, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.

Life happens, and I understand that. However, sessions canceled within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable, as I’ve already reserved that space with care and preparation. Thank you for understanding the energetic exchange we both bring to this work.

We understand that circumstances can arise that may cause delays. However, to ensure the best experience for all clients, If you arrive up to 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. You will need to leave a new deposit to book another appointment. If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not provide notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
