After our initial appointment, you’ll return for a follow-up Ayurvedic Wisdom & Nourishment appointment where we’ll thoroughly review remedies on diet, lifestyle, herbs, and practices.

After this, Golden Compass sessions will be scheduled as needed to support you. During each session, we’ll discuss how you’re doing physically and mentally, making any necessary adjustments. Please consult your doctor before making any changes to your current routine.

While I may suggest additional products, they are entirely optional, and we’ll work with whatever you’re comfortable with.
